VARIAX 2 is the new NC WORKING CENTER with 5 interpolated axes and two workbenches with a multi-spindle operating head.

VARIAX 2 is the solution specifically designed for cutting, drilling, milling and mortising operations on 5 or 6 faces of long shaped elements up to 3000mm, or on two independent 1200mm working fields, in a single positioning. It finds its optimal use in the processing of elements for chairs, tables, sofa beds and children’s beds, garden furniture, fine arts items, tool handles, etc..

Strengths

The innovative construction geometry makes the machine particularly compact and heavy-duty, suitable for high speed working operations, even in the presence of major overhangs.

VARIAX 2 performs fast, precise and quality machining with a guarantee of repeatability over time. The multi-spindle head with customizable configuration allows the machine an extreme flexibility of use with much higher performances compared to conventional working centers. The special modular workbenches, also widely customizable, guarantee the clamping of complex elements in an automatic and precise way, in an optimized space and in a clean working environment thanks to the chips and shavings collection system at the bottom of the machine. All this is assisted by a powerful parametric 3D programming software with advanced data management functions.
