VARIAX 2T LINE is a highly efficient and flexible line consisting of a VARIAX 2T CNC working center with two multi-spindle operating heads and a highly automated loading, cutting-optimizing and unloading system.

VARIAX 2T LINE is a fully automatic line, the ideal solution for cutting, milling and drilling machining with an automatic workpiece loading and unloading/collecting system. The line finds its optimal use in the processing of funeral coffin elements, but can be customized also for other applications.

Design innovation and the latest software technologies developed allow high productivity to be achieved while maintaining extreme flexibility of use.

The practical horizontal magazine allows loading “rough” bars at random lengths. In masked time the rough bar is scanned for a defect reading, and an optimized pre-cut is performed.

It is then possible to sequentially load all elements of a single coffin onto the working center, the line guarantees “just in time” production even at BATCH ONE, while maintaining the same final productivity. The two multi-spindle heads installed, in addition to working totally independently, guarantee extreme flexibility, high performance thanks to the trajectory optimizer and accurate precision even in the presence of significant overhangs. The special (patented) workpiece-holding tables, adapting fully automatically to the workpiece, ensure extreme precision in the positioning and clamping of elements.

All this is assisted by a powerful parametric 3D programming software with advanced data management functions, Bar-Code and QR Code reading.
