DRIVER J

DRIVER J is the innovative CNC working centre with 5 interpolated axes and a portal structure with a multi-spindle operating head, dedicated to the processing of door jambs.

DRIVER J is the solution designed to perform cutting, milling and drilling operations on simple or complex shaped jambs in a single positioning.

These innovative features make DRIVER J the ideal solution for ‘just in time’ production of jambs, even of complex shapes.

One-piece portal structure, entirely manufactured by the in-house production chain, with quality control on its robustness, compactness and rigidity, suitable for high-precision machining at high speed.

Automatically DRIVER J performs fast, precise and quality machining with guaranteed repeatability over time. The multi-spindle head with its characteristic “H” configuration makes the machine extremely flexible and fast, for a use with significantly higher performance than conventional machining centres.

The system of the locking benches is a direct derivation of the well-proven and successful COMEC  “MD JAMB” technology, which guarantees the automatic and precise clamping of complex elements. Fully automatically, these benches adjust and reposition themselves for each subsequent machining operation.

The working space is compact and optimised, and the environment is clean, thanks to the integral protection cabin and chip and waste collection and evacuation system at the base of the machine.

All this is assisted by a high-performance numerical control and high-performance 3D parametric programming software with anti-collision control, trajectory optimisation and advanced data management functions, as well as advanced auto-programming and integration with ERP management systems.

For a more automated and productive use, the machine can be equipped with the ergonomic CA3L synchronised automatic workpiece loading system, which eliminates workpiece loading/unloading  downtime.
