DRIVER JD is the new NC working center with portal structure and  5 interpolated axes multi-spindle head, dedicated to the machining of jambs, door panels and assembled door elements.

DRIVER JD is the solution designed to perform in a single positioning cutting, milling and drilling operations on jambs of simple or complex shape, on door panels or elements.

ONE MACHINE FOR TWO APPLICATIONS: JAMB + DOOR

These innovative features make the DRIVER JD the ideal solution as a single machine for small to medium production realities or as a support solution to specific MD JAMB and MD DOOR machines.

One-piece portal structure, entirely manufactured by the in-house production chain, with quality control on robustness, compactness and rigidity, suitable for high-precision machining at high speed. 

In automatic mode, DRIVER JD performs fast, precise and quality machining with guaranteed repeatability over time. The multi-spindle head with specific configuration makes the machine extremely flexible and fast, to be used for significantly higher performance than conventional machining centers.

The clamping bench system is divided into two sectors, respectively dedicated to the jambs or the door panel. Full automatically, these benches reposition themselves for each successive machining operation.
The benches dedicated to jambs are a direct derivation of the now proven and successful MD JAMB technology, which guarantees the clamping of complex elements automatically and precisely.
The sector dedicated to the door panel has a series of automatic tables equipped with a powerful vacuum system.

The workspace is compact and optimized and the environment is clean, thanks to the chip and shavings collection and evacuation system at the base of the machine.

All this is assisted by a high-performance 3D parametric programming software with collision control, trajectory optimization and advanced data management functions, as well as advanced auto-programming functions and integrations to management
