FRONTAL CN LINE 5S 20U is a high capacity automatic production line. It is an ideal solution for cutting, milling, profiling, drilling and dowel inserting on elements loaded in machine in “random” sequence. This special line has been expressly designed to produce in “just in time” sequence all the assembled door component elements, both in solid wood and mdf.

The strong point of this plant is high productivity processing, in sequence, on several stations, of the various elements that make up the single door: stiles, rails and central panels. A sophisticated system of automatic piece recognition and auto-generation of the program drives the operating heads that work simultaneously, in perfect synchronism, on the various stations performing fast, precise and quality machining with a guarantee of repeatability over time.

All the elements are accurately and automatically locked, in each station, in order to guarantee absolute processing quality. In sequence, we can load elements of different length and type, components of the same door, the machine will process them automatically adapting set-up and working operations to the individual pieces. All this is assisted by a powerful parametric 3D programming software with advanced data management functions.
