NC-controlled DOUBLE WORKING CENTER IN LINE.  12 controlled working axes and 4 independent multi-spindle operating heads, with double horizontal automatic loader and automatic unloading of the processed elements.   

MD 4 TOP 15 2CAL is a double automatic working line, ideal solution for cutting, milling or drilling of long shaped elements up to 1500 mm, with automatic repositioning of the pieces on 4 working stations.

It finds its optimal use in the processing of window and door frame elements, in particular for skylights.

Strengths

“Just in time” production also in batch one, with high capacity, thanks to the possibility to load in sequence the elements of different shapes and types. The double line composition produces 2 pieces at a time, even different from each other.

Automatically, MD 4 TOP 15 2CAL performs fast, precise and quality operations with a guarantee of repeatability over time. The four multi-spindle heads with independent processing, arranged on 2+2 stations, allow the machine extreme flexibility of use with much higher productivity performances compared to conventional working centers.    

The double horizontal automatic loader makes it easier for the operator to load even heavy and particularly shaped pieces and is also suitable for robot operation. The special workbenches guarantee the clamping of complex elements in an automatic and precise way. All this is assisted by a powerful parametric 3D programming software with advanced data management functions.
