3-axis NC WORKING CENTER with a mobile multi-spindle column and two independent working fields.

MD CLASSIC 4 is COMEC’s “entry level” CNC machine. An economic solution but with a high technological content, ideal for milling, drilling and mortising machining on long shaped elements up to 2200mm (1000 + 1000 in tandem, alternating on two working fields) on 5 faces of the elements in a single positioning.

Strengths

In a single positioning MD CLASSIC 4  performs fast, precise and quality processings with a guarantee of repeatability over time. The multi-spindle unit allows the machine extreme flexibility of use, with significantly higher performance than conventional working centers. The special modular workbenches, which can be customised, guarantee the automatic and precise clamping of complex elements in an optimised space and a clean working environment thanks to the chips and waste collection system at the bottom of the machine. Easy programming thanks to the NC touch screen panel.
