NC WORKING CENTER with 11 controlled axes and five independent and opposed multi-spindle operating heads, with automatic longitudinal loader.

MD FAST 5T door, is the ideal solution for cutting, milling or drilling operations on vertical elements (stiles) of assembled doors.

Strengths

“Just in time” production even in batch one, thanks to the possibility of loading in sequence the elements of a single door with a sophisticated system of automatic adjustment of the benches and an advanced working program auto-generation software.  Automatically MD FAST 5T door performs fast, precise machining with high quality finishing and absolute precision and guaranteed repeatability over time. The five multi-spindle heads with independent machining allow the machine an extreme flexibility of use with performances that are clearly superior to conventional working centers. The particular workpiece-holding benches guarantee the automatic and precise clamping of elements. Loading and unloading is fully automated.
