Special high productivity MILLING/SANDING/SECTIONING CENTER, with 7 operating heads and 10 places rotating table.

FGR 7T 10p performs contouring/profiling, sanding and sectioning operations on shaped elements, in a single positioning, and has been expressly designed and built for the production of large series of hangers.

Strengths

The solid construction geometry makes the machine particularly compact and solid, for high speed machining, without vibrations, even in the presence of heavy duty machining.

FGR 7T 10p automatically performs fast, precise and quality operations with a guarantee of repeatability over time. The seven independent heads, thanks to a series of copying templates, carry out all the phases of the production process in a single cycle.

The innovative workbenches guarantee the clamping of the elements in a safe and precise way, in an optimized space and in a clean working environment thanks to the soundproof cabin that encloses the whole machine.

The ergonomic loading/unloading station facilitates the operator’s work and is also suitable for robotic applications.
