NC MULTI-PROCESS WORKING CENTER with 4 working stations, and 11 operating units. Automatic loading and unloading in line.

FRONTAL CN 4S 11U 2200 is a high capacity automatic production line. It is an ideal solution for cutting, milling or drilling operations on all faces of elements with long shape up to 2200 mm with synchronized positioning on multiple stations. This special line has been specially designed for the production of structural elements of laths for bed frames.

High productivity thanks to the automatic positioning on multiple stations where all the operating heads work simultaneously in perfect synchronism, combined with the flexibility typical of NC machining.   

Positioned in line, FRONTAL CN 4S 11U 2200 performs automatically  fast, precise and quality machining with guaranteed repeatability over time. All the elements are accurately locked, in each station, to guarantee absolute processing quality. In sequence, we can load elements of different length and type, components of the same bed frame, the machine will process them automatically adapting set-up and working operations to the individual pieces. All this is assisted by a powerful parametric 3D programming software.
