The FRT 2 1200 CA MILLING MACHINE is the solution for head milling/shaping. The machine is equipped with 2 independent milling units and automatic loader.

FRT 2 1200 CA performs milling and profiling operations simultaneously on both ends of long shaped elements up to 1200mm (longer lengths on request). The operation is automatically carried out with a single positioning of the workpiece. It is particularly suitable for the production of elements for chairs, sofa frames, garden furniture, urban furniture, boxes and containers, frames and trestles for fine arts.

Strengths

The solid construction geometry makes the machine particularly compact and robust, for high speed processings, without vibrations, even in the presence of heavy duty machining.

FRT 2 1200 CA automatically carries out fast, precise and quality working operations with a guarantee of repeatability over time. Copying the profiles on interchangeable shapes, the two milling units perform all the steps of the production process in a single cycle.

The clamping of the elements on the bench is safe and precise, in an optimized space and in a clean working environment thanks to the soundproof protections.

The ergonomic loading/unloading station makes the operator’s work easier.
