Description and processes

The FRT 4 3000 1UT CA MILLING MACHINE is the solution for head milling/shaping and subsequent parting. The machine is equipped with 2 + 2 independent spindle moulder milling units, 1 vertical cutting unit and automatic loader.

FRT 4 3000 1UT CA performs milling and profiling operations simultaneously on the two ends of long shaped elements up to 3000mm; if necessary these elements are automatically cut to obtain two parts from one.     

The processing is carried out automatically with a single positioning of the workpiece. It is particularly suitable for the production of elements for fences and for urban furnishing fences.

Strengths

The solid construction makes the machine particularly compact and robust, for high speed machining, without vibrations, even in the presence of heavy duty machining.

FRT 4 3000 1UT CA automatically carries out fast, precise and quality machining with a guarantee of repeatability over time. The 2+2 independent and synchronized milling units and the independent vertical parting off unit perform all the phases of the production process in a single cycle.

The clamping of the elements on the bench is safe and precise, in an optimised space and in a clean working environment thanks to soundproofed protections.

The ergonomic loading/unloading station makes the operator’s work easier.
