3-axis NC WORKING CENTER with a mobile multi-spindle upright and two independent working fields.

MD CLASSIC 2 is COMEC’s “entry level” CNC solution for milling, contouring and drilling of tool handles or other parts with perimeter shaping. The special feature of the machine is the double workbench with synchronized clamping, which allows perimeter contouring in a single positioning.

Strengths

In a single positioning MD CLASSIC 2 performs fast, precise and quality operations with a guarantee of repeatability over time. The multi-spindle unit allows the machine extreme flexibility of use, with significantly higher performance than conventional working centers. The special workbenches with synchronized clamping, which can be customized, guarantee the clamping of complex elements in an automatic and precise way, in an optimized space and in a clean working environment thanks to the system of containment and collection of chips and shavings at the bottom of the machine. 

Easy programming thanks to the NC touch screen panel.
