MD LINE 4 CA3L

Description and processes

NC-controlled WORKING CENTER IN LINE.  13 controlled working axes and 4 independent multi-spindle operating heads, with horizontal automatic loader and automatic unloading of the machined elements, with waste collection.

MD LINE 4 CA3L is an automatic working line, ideal solution for cutting, milling or drilling of long shaped elements up to 3000 mm, with automatic repositioning on 3 working stations. It finds its optimal use in the processing of flat door jambs.

Strengths

“Just in time” production also in batch one with high capacity, thanks to the possibility to load in sequence the elements of a single door.

Automatically, MD LINE 4 CA3L performs fast, precise and quality machining with guaranteed repeatability over time. The four multi-spindle heads with independent working operations, arranged on three stations, allow the machine an extreme flexibility of use with much higher productivity performances compared to conventional working centers. The special workbenches guarantee the automatic and precise clamping of complex elements. All this is assisted by powerful parametric 3D programming software with advanced data management functions.
